When you choose an advisor, you pick how you'd like to connect — 💬 Text or 🎙 Voice — from the options that advisor offers (some take text only, others both). Your advisor then accepts the request and you're connected. In a voice session, tap “🎙️ Start Voice” in the chat to begin talking (your browser will ask permission to use your microphone); it turns into “🔴 Voice Live” while connected. Text-only sessions stay as chat — no microphone needed.
